Silver Swan Travel was founded in 2022 by Fraser Devlin, following a career spent at the highest levels of financial technology sales in London. Having relocated to Gullane, on the beautiful East Lothian coast, Fraser combined two lifelong passions, Scotland and golf, to create a transport business focused entirely on quality and personal service.

The company began with a single vehicle and a simple commitment: to ensure that every golfing visitor to Scotland travels in the best possible comfort, with a driver who genuinely adds to the experience. In four years, that commitment has not changed. What has changed is the scale of what we can offer.

Today, Silver Swan Travel operates a fleet of five first-class luxury vehicles, serves clients from the United States, Europe, and the Far East, and has built a reputation as one of Scotland’s most trusted and highly regarded independent tour transport companies.

Originally from Edinburgh, Fraser spent over two decades in London in senior sales and business development roles within the financial technology sector, working with banks, asset managers, and institutional clients across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

He returned to Scotland in 2022, settling in Gullane, East Lothian, one of the world’s great golf destinations. A lifelong golfer himself, Fraser brings a deep personal knowledge of Scotland’s courses, culture, history, and hospitality to every tour he leads.

Fraser continues to personally drive many of Silver Swan Travel’s golf tours and is passionate about ensuring every client has a genuinely memorable experience. His clients consistently describe him as professional, knowledgeable, flexible, warm, and great company.
